More Pears Please!!
Nylah loves Pears...Pears are so yummy and they have great benefits for the body. They are nourishing for the lungs. Pears are known as a "wet" food so they can work to help loosen mucus. They are full of vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants. Quercetin is found in the skin of the pears. Pears are simply amazing...Enjoy more pears....Best to eat them when they are in season. We have seasonal foods for a reason..However, we are enjoying one right now and it's very good......gotta go against the rules sometimes. haha.. Very Important to make sure your pears are always Organic..Pears are part of the Dirty Dozen and get sprayed heavily by pesticides...Enjoy and Be well, Amy
