Mix or any lettuce you choose

handful of pea shoots
A
handful of sprouts or sprouted seeds
Some
shredded beets/carrots
Shredded
cabbage
A
handful of pumpkin seeds
Lemon/Olive oil dressing
Juice
a whole lemon in a small bowl
2-3
tablespoons of olive oil (more if you want less acidic taste)
Salt/Pepper
½
teaspoon of fresh rosemary (can use dried)
½
teaspoon of fresh thyme (can use dried)
